Operations

The role of the On-line Order Analyst I is to ensure all on-line order entry communications are handled effectively and efficiently to the benefit of our clients, vendors, and employees. The On-line Order Analyst I serves as an alternate point of contact for on-line order entry vendor/client issues. This position requires excellent communication skills with a desire to provide timely and complete follow-up as needed.

The On-line Order Anaylst I must exhibit a “Can do” attitude at all times, coordinating resources to provide outstanding service to our clients and vendors, while nurturing a positive, collaborative team atmosphere throughout Qualis.

Priorities

  • Assist as order system problem solver for clients and vendors
  • Assist with operations workflows as needed; including order entry, reconciliation and processing
  • Maintain a positive team environment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
  • Liaison for clients and vendors regarding on-line orders

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Solve day-to-day client / vendor service and payment issues
  • Upload census files
  • Review on-line orders and clarify issues
  • Assist with bi-monthly reconciliation
  • Review of census files and issue pickup of DME as needed

Requirements

  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in written form
  • Organized and ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Management ability

Customer Relations

The role of the Operations and Client Manager is to serve as liaison between Qualis and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. This position also will oversee client relationships, develop account plans, and deliver proposals and business reviews. In addition, the operations role will require assisting department heads (POD Administration, Provider Relations) in their projects and ongoing tasks as prioritized and assigned by the Qualis President. This position will work between departments and help ensure administrative excellence along with client and vendor satisfaction.

  • Monitor communications and ongoing satisfaction of Qualis clients and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
  • Create and implement solution to improve relationships with clients and vendors as appropriate.
  • Conduct periodic liaison meetings (Business Reviews) with Qualis clients.
  • Assist Provider Relations in contracting and negotiations with new vendors.
  • Assist in implementation plans for bringing on new clients.
  • Assist with new client sales and contract negotiations as needed.
  • Work with management and strategize to increase efficiency and ongoing operations within Qualis.
  • Work to reduce Quality Improvement concerns by creating proactive operations enhancements.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Solving day-to-day client / vendor concerns.
  • Creating efficient and productive solutions for client and vendor satisfaction.
  • Assist other department managers and Qualis executives on projects.
  • Work with management and strategize to increase efficiency and ongoing operations within Qualis.
  • Work to reduce Quality Improvement concerns by creating proactive operations enhancements.
  • Manage prioritized projects from start to completion within budgeted expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in accounting, sales
  • To work effectively within our Qualis culture, values and vision
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in written form
  • Organized and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to manage others and work in a team environment
  • Experience in home health and hospice a plus
